Meet Our Team
MISSON RELAY
Mission Relay is a faith-based, kingdom-driven leadership transition firm. We work with nonprofit organizations, mission-minded companies, churches, and leaders. Our passion is stewarding your mission through the entire transition process.
Learning that nearly 50% of organizational transitions fail within 18 months was shocking. Having experienced the impacts of both positive and negative transition processes, we were convinced this is solvable. So, we did the research and began working with organizations. We then created a repeatable model that works.
MARK YEADON
Principle Partner
Mark served in an executive leadership role with Compassion International for over 35 years. During this time he and his family lived in Ecuador for 7 years. It was during his successful transition from that role Mark became passionate about guiding leaders, boards, and organizations through the transition process.
Mark has served in various Board capacities and roles for several decades. His passion in advisory and consulting roles is to ensure that by being deeply entrenched in the vision and mission of work, organizations will achieve great impact for good in our world. Beyond that, he believes deeply that healthy leaders leave strong, significant, positive ripple effects in the lives of those around them.
Mark and his wife Teri have been married for over 40 years. They have 4 grown children and 10 grandchildren, all living in Colorado Springs.
MATT LINDELL
