1+ Years Before the Transition
We create a plan for the transition process well before it starts.
We develop bench strength by helping you identify and develop potential leaders so you’re prepared when the time comes. We also begin identifying potential external candidates and foster relationships
30-90 Days Before the Transition
It’s vital to clearly communicate the change to the leadership team and staff at your organization.
In this season, we help you manage the changes and questions that will arise within the leadership team and your frontline staff after the announcement is made.
0-7 Months Post Transition
This season is about transitioning leadership and getting the new leader acclimated to the team and organization.
We help facilitate the knowledge transfer, team development, and other high-priority action items
7-15 Months Post Transition
At this stage, the leader begins to implement their vision, priorities, and team adjustments. There is a significant risk here of momentum stalling, requiring new energy to drive future success.
We provide coaching and team development.
15-24 Months Post Transition
If the leadership team has been able to develop a healthy culture and a strong strategic plan, this is when the organization typically finds its new stride and begins to accelerate.
We continue the journey by helping ensure alignment and execution.
